You agree to release and indemnify Bhoosampatti®, its officers and representatives from any claims, damages, or disputes arising between you and any third-party vendor.
7. Payment & Credit Card Details
If you make any online payment through the Site:
You agree that the card or payment instrument used is lawfully owned by you.
You agree to provide correct and valid payment details.
We do not store full credit card details such as CVV, full card numbers, or expiry dates, except as required by payment gateways in compliance with law.
